South Australia Department for Education (DFE) has a world class vision of “growth for every student in every class in every school.” This vision includes a 2021 Action Plan with the aim of reaching a ‘world-class’ education system by 2028 and a Strategic Plan to support students reaching their full potential.

The 2021 Action Plan involves six key levers, one of which is Resourcing and Investment, outlining that educational improvement cannot occur without smart resourcing and access to the latest technology.

In addition, there are thirteen key reforms, including Digital Capability. This key reform outlines actions to support world-class teaching and learning including 24x7 access to collaborative real time learning.
