Organizations demand increased efficiency and productivity. Employees demand faster communication, easier collaboration and more flexible working arrangements. These demands are met in large part by utilizing UCC apps.

However, research has found that these apps do not necessarily deliver on the promise of improving efficiency, productivity and collaboration. While many employees indicated that they find these apps vital to their ability to do their jobs effectively, they’re frustrated by recurring issues, they have little faith that IT teams can fix those issues, and they’re largely dissatisfied with the experience they’re having.
