Mercer, in partnership with Gympass, has conducted a survey on how benefits are shaping the future of work in several core areas, to provide you good insights to the future of benefits in your organizations.

The study has covered 225 companies across the world, between December 2018 and January 2019. The samples are solid within each region with variations among countries, including different companies sizes, sectors and respondents profiles. All Mercer’s high confidentiality standards were applied to the data collected and results presentation.
