Time for change: DI&B 2020 report

With the unprecedented disruptions and uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, much has changed in the world of work.

Some of it is positive: For instance, there’s a heightened awareness among some employers that their employees are their greatest asset, especially those essential workers who risk their health to serve customers.

On the other hand, some employers may have neglected or even paused their Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DI&B) programs. 

In this report, we look at the current state of play in UK workplaces and the actions needed to continue moving the needle. Our hope is that we can inspire companies through the data in this report to see the immense value in offering the most inclusive workplace — where employees are free to be their authentic selves and make it easy for others to do the same.
