Trintech commissioned Forrester Consulting to evaluate organisations’ use of ERP systems and financial software. Forrester conducted an online survey with 336 finance and IT leaders from around the world to explore this topic. Respondents reported their organisations’ processes and strategies are rife with challenges due to data accuracy and lacking collaboration. However, an organisation’s ability to pinpoint its problem areas and utilize modern technology and strategic approaches will help propel it toward long-term success.
