Gartner recently recognised Okta as a Leader in the “Magic Quadrant for Access Management, November 2021.” Okta has been placed the highest for “Ability to Execute” of all vendors evaluated. Auth0 was also recognised as a leader in this evaluation!

This report defines the AM market as “vendors providing solutions that use access control engines to provide centralised authentication, SSO, session management and authorisation enforcement for target applications in multiple use cases.” This is the fifth year in a row that Okta has been named a Leader in the Magic Quadrant for Access Management.

Okta believes this recognition from Gartner adds to their continued momentum. In August, Forrester Research Inc. recognised Okta as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Identity-As-A-Service (IDaaS) for Enterprise, Q2 2021.* In the Forrester evaluation, Okta earned the highest scores amongst all vendors evaluated in both the Current Offering and Strategy categories, earning a 5/5 score in 14 of the 18 evaluation criteria.
