Having long been a leader in the use of digital technology to conduct its business, the financial services sector has dealt with COVID-19 disruption better than most. However, the pandemic did impact short- and mid-term priorities, led by the obvious need to increase support for remote work and automated customer interactions, according to a new global study. The crisis has also focused new attention on business resiliency planning and shifting operations to the cloud.
