Employers are committed to a better EX

  • 72% of executives consider improving EX high priority or essential
  • 89% are tracking employee sentiment through surveys at least every six months

While today’s employers are more invested in the EX than ever before, they’re not always focused on the things that matter most to employees.

  • 58% of employees are leaving due to lack of opportunities or challenges*
  • Only 39% of employers are planning to have regular conversations about career opportunities.
